The purchase of St Pauls Place acquired in 2025 is our first acquisition in Sheffield. The investment was made with long term partner Ekistics Property Advisors and forms part of our wider strategy to acquire best in class assets in strong regional markets.
3 St Paul’s Place is a 76,460 square foot, 9-storey, Grade A office building next to the ‘Heart of the City’ development in Sheffield city centre. The building is let to a number of high-profile occupiers, including Handelsbanken, BDP, Arup, Freeths, TES Global and Ansys UK.
Whilst St Paul’s Place is already well occupied with a strong tenant line up, we recognise the opportunity to significantly enhance value through improving the sustainability credentials, increasing occupier amenity provision, and restructuring the lease profile of the asset.
