We were approached by an investor to structure an acquisition of 190 units in the Alexandra Tower residential development. The building is a desirable and recognisable apartment block on the Liverpool waterfront with creative architecture and stunning views over the River Mersey.

The tower was constructed in 2008 and has a total of 201 apartments over 27 storeys. It is a significant building within the prestigious Liverpool Waters development site.

Our team structured the transaction, procured the debt and sold three per cent of the asset on a single day. The deal saw upwards of 30 per cent return on capital for our investor.
